Lessons

Rachel primarily teaches violin using the Suzuki Method, but also teaches fiddling and improvisation techniques. Lessons take place in her home studio in Minneapolis. New/first time students are encouraged to take a half-price trial lesson with her to make sure her teaching style is a good fit for their family.

Violin is a beautiful and rewarding instrument that shines across genres - from classical, to bluegrass, to rock, to jazz, and beyond! It is also difficult to learn, and requires deep commitment and discipline from both students and parents. Rachel is here to support your family in your musical journey - with joy!
